  Absolutely horrible. I have been to this location exactly twice, but won't be back again. The other time (drive through) there was one car ahead of me, it took 12 minutes to get my food.
  
  This time 1pm Sat 24Sep16, I sat 25 minutes before BACKUP UP out of the dirve through. There were two cars in front of me. The 6 cars behind me did exactly the same thing. Called the manager and the reply was "sorry we are short staffed since I had three people call in sick". Well that isn't want I call much of an excuse. No apology and does not make me feel like they really know what they are doing.
  
  Too bad I like Arby's and there wasn't one close before now. But it really does not do any good to wait like that for a quick Arby's fix.

  The service there is poor. I waited in the drive for 10 minutes just for them to tell me to wait. And never came back. Waited another 10 min. I will never eat at this location.

  I got shorted on my roast beef max. Usually there is so much, we can share, but not this time. It's disappointing cause I usually like Arby's.
